S. Pirani’s real estate journey began in 1991. Today, that experience shapes SP Realty’s approach to homes, rentals, resale, investments and land.

Along the way, his professional learning has included international referrals, brokerage management, property valuation and real estate marketing. Participation in a green-building awareness session in 2026 continues that thread.
